Which of the 68 sessions at London’s Calling 2025 will you attend?

We are thrilled to share with you the 68 sessions we have on the London’s Calling 2025 agenda (and yes, that is in addition to the expo, the demo jam, the headline act, and the after party)!

We know the main question will be, “how do I choose which sessions to attend in-person?” Well, in a pod/vodcast we (the organisers) recorded recently, Kerry talked about the value of attending sessions outside of your area of expertise, and that even if you don’t understand all (or even most) of the content, you will learn something new, and that it will be a unique opportunity to step away from your normal topics.
At LC25, you can certainly do that as we have a wide range of subjects delivered by leaders in their fields.

This year we are covering areas of the platform such as Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, and OmniStudio, could you find your new niche at London’s Calling?

For the Architects (or aspiring Architects) in attendance, we have presentations on Governance, Modern Architectures, Sharing & Visibility, Diagramming, Process Mapping, MIAW, and Design (amongst others).

Data Cloud is still a hot topic so you can find sessions on integrating it with Snowflake and Databricks, with Hubspot, and some best practices.

Slack has a bigger footprint this year too, with 3 different angles, Salesforce reporting in Slack, DevOps and Slack, and Slack Workflows!

For all the Admins, we have a wealth of sessions, covering essential topics such as Documentation, UX, Debugging, Avoiding Tech Debt, Solo Admin Tips, Chrome Extensions, Next Best Actions, and much, much more. And of course we have flow, but some cool new features, such as Transform, Upserts, Approval Processes using Flow Orchestration, and Flow Performance.

BAs and Consultants? Yes and yes!

We haven’t forgotten our Developers, and as usual we have brought in some of the big guns in our Dev world. London and Paris anyone? Well, we have two London DUG leaders, and one Paris DUG Leader, talking about limits management, debugging, and standard web components. Want more? We have sessions on pub/sub api, clean code, engineering best practices, UTAM, Heroku, and the ISV world.

Interested in Marketing Technology, be it Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, or Marketing Cloud Core (yeah, still not clear is it), then we have content for you all. Multi-Touch Attribution, Marketing Automation, Marketing Cloud Core Lessons Learnt, MIAW, and the Marketing Cycle, as well as the Data Cloud content already mentioned.

Or do you fancy focusing on your soft skills rather than the technical content right now? We have some great sessions lined up for everyone on a wide range of subjects, such as emotional intelligence, personal brands, going solo, leadership, focus and alignment, working under pressure, stakeholder management, the list goes on. Not forgetting important subjects such as mental health and DE&I.

What about Agentforce you may ask, well yes, we are keeping Agentforce to a single ‘track’, but we are not ignoring it (if that were at all possible!). From Prompt Builder, to Agentforce and Heroku, to the all important subject of Agentforce Security, Reliability and Governance, and we also have using Agentforce with open source tools for documentation, using it with Files, and we have at least one live build from folks who are using it (not selling it).

Now, before the complaints start rolling in, we know you can’t attend all these sessions, unless those cloning machines make a sudden appearance, but isn’t that the sign of a great conference? Our ticket holders are spoilt for choice, we’ll take that! We do plan to record as many as possible though, safe harbour etc, so hopefully we can make many of the sessions available to you after the event as well (ticket holders only).
