Neil has worked for 20 years in the CRM industry, most recently as the ‘Head of Customer Platform’ at Hive, the leading consumer IoT company in the UK. At Hive he is responsible for the CRM technology powering all customer touchpoints – email, agent, web and mobile. Most recently Neil has led an initiative to provide the ‘Next Best Action’ back out to these channels through interaction/behavioural data and AI.
