OpenAI on Salesforce

Agent 360 is great. But how can we use other AI platforms on Salesforce? Should we even consider it? This is a presentation of a use case where OpenAI was integrated into Salesforce, covering some elements of how it is done and what I’ve learned whilst doing it.
