Salesforce Business Rules Engine is a powerful but still little-known feature. In my session I will explain what BRE is and how to use Expression Sets and Lookup Tables, including Decision Matrices and Decision Tables. I will show how rules can be used in Flow, OmniScript, and invoked via APIs in custom or third-party tools. I will also introduce Decision Explainer and show how it adds transparency to rule outcomes. Key takeaways include real use cases, best practices, and how to get started.
