Mark Jones Mark is a 4x Certified Salesforce Professional working as a Consultant at Cloud Galacticos. Mark is the co-leader of the Newcastle upon Tyne Salesforce User Group and speaks regularly at various community events and conferences. An avid lover of Process Automation, specifically Flow, Mark is also one of the co-founders of Automation Dreamin’ along with fellow London’s Calling speaker, Vicki Moritz-Henry. Mark also runs his own Salesforce blog, the Ragamuffin Admin.
