Here are some details for our speakers:
- Please bring your own laptop with your presentation and any adaptors you may need, if you really don’t want to bring a laptop (I understand) then get in touch and we’ll see if we can make it work by borrowing someone else’s
- All presentations MUST use the London’s Calling deck, no exceptions
- Promoting your company and/or products in your session is not allowed
- We have 10 minutes between sessions, please arrive in enough time to get set up and be ready for the start time
- Rooms will have a member of the tech team present/nearby as well as a room monitor, and of course the team will be around (though unfortunately not everywhere at once!)
- As well as using a microphone yourself, please use the microphone for any Q&A at the end of your session, there will be a spare microphone for this purpose
- Timing is critical, so please practice your timing, we don’t want our attendees to be short-changed by a shorter talk than billed, but equally, we don’t want to have to cut you off before you are finished, but we’ll have to if you run over
- We will have 10 minutes, 5 minutes, and time’s up signs in each room, please enlist a friendly face to hold them up at the right time for you, or we will identify someone in the room to do this
- We attempt to record every session, but there are always technical challenges with 9 sessions happening at a time. Sessions successfully recorded will be available to ticket holders only for 3 months, then shared on our YouTube channel
- The Speakers and MVP Party on Thursday night is invite only and we cannot host any additional guests as we have very limited space. There will be drinks, canapes, and bowl food (and a lovely view)
- Any remaining questions please email [email protected]
