The Expo is in the King George III room which is up the stairs to the left as you enter reception in the venue.

Platinum & Gold sponsors have booth space within our Expo hall. The choice of location within the Expo hall is determined by the sponsorship package you purchased when we received your payment. You can find your booth number in the table below.

Gold sponsors will each have a table, two stools and a TV screen. Platinum sponsors will have the same plus additional furniture in their space.
The table dimensions are approximately: Height 1.03m, Width 66cm, Length 1.505m, to be confirmed by the venue.
We are limited in space for signage, therefore, we are allowing sponsors to bring 1 roller banner (800mm wide x 2000mm tall) and a branded table cloth if you would like, this is optional.
Scanning of delegate’s badges is available for the majority of sponsors (see deck for details, eg stairs sponsors don’t get badge scanning). Scanning will be via our bespoke event app. You will be able to use this to scan the QR codes on delegates’ badges. All sponsor attendees that want to scan app badges will need to download the event app on an iOS or Android phone. We will send you the login details for the event app when it is available. We expect you will be able to download the leads directly from the app. Attendees that you register with your package tickets will be enabled to use the badge scanning.
Setup for the Expo will take place on the morning of the event. We do not have access to the space the day before. Registration for Sponsors is expected to start at 7.30am. The main venue, including the Expo hall, is expected to be opened to attendees at 8.30am. You must bring everything in with you on the day and remove it when you leave.
Please ensure that your onsite staff remove everything they have brought when they leave the venue. Nothing can be left at the venue for shipping. There are penalty charges from the venue for left items that we will pass on to you. Officially the event finishes at 11pm and the after party is within the Expo hall, some sponsors pack up at 5pm at the point when the sessions finish and everyone heads up for our final keynote others stay on, it’s up to you.
Please register your booth staff before 2nd June 2026. No one will be admitted on the day without a named conference pass.
The venue have asked us not to ship anything there before the event day. Please do not arrange for anything to be shipped to the venue. If you need to bring materials, transport them on the morning of the event and take everything with you when you leave. Items left at the venue will incur penalty charges which will be passed on to you. If shipping in advance is unavoidable, please arrange delivery to your hotel instead. This is how we managing shipping item for the event.
Can you supply the attendee list?
We do not ask for permission to pass on attendee details so we cannot supply their details. As Platinum and Gold sponsors you can scan badges, we encourage delegates to visit your stand by including them in a prize draw once they have a number of badge scans.
Are there meeting rooms at the event?
We have not provisioned any meeting room space at the venue as the focus is the educational sessions and networking. The venue has a lot of space so we anticipate that you will be able to find spaces for more detailed conversations during the day.
What do I get at the booth?
Platinum & Gold sponsors will get a table, two stools and a TV screen. You will also have access to a power socket and access to fast wifi.
How do I register people for the tickets that are included in my sponsor package?
Once your payment has cleared we will send you a link to the Eventbrite page where you can register your people. These tickets are intended for the people to support your sponsor activities on the day.
The link will allow you to register the number of included tickets you have. Please register your people as early as you can.
What if we need additional tickets?
You can purchase additional tickets via Eventbrite from londonscalling.net. Please use the Sponsor ticket type as this allows us to identify who needs to get into the venue early and have sponsor access to the app.
Can we setup our booth the day/ night before?
No, I am afraid that we don’t have access to the venue the day before. All setup will happen on the morning of the event.
Can we leave items at the venue to be collected?
No. Please do not leave anything at the venue. The venue will enforce a penalty charge for anything left which will be passed on to you. Please instruct your onsite representatives to take everything with them when they leave the venue. Thank you.
Are there any penalty charges?
Penalty charges passed on by the venue are documented in the contract.
